Service Description
Individualized bodywork supporting menstrual health, fertility journeys, endometriosis, and the physical patterns that may accompany reproductive health and treatment. Sessions blend myofascial, somatic, craniosacral, and therapeutic techniques to address tension, guarding, discomfort, and nervous system regulation, with abdominal or scar-focused work incorporated when appropriate and desired. Select your areas of focus when booking, and we’ll shape the session around what your body is experiencing that day.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOW: - Sessions are scheduled intentionally to allow un-rushed care. Late arrivals will receive the remaining session time, and full session fees apply. - For cancellations, please re-schedule at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time. Late cancellations and no-show appointments forfeit their booking deposit of 50% session price. - Please reschedule if experiencing fever, vomiting, or suspected contagious illness. As our team works directly with expecting families and new babies, it is crucial that we maintain a healthy working environment. Your discretion and honesty are appreciated.
