Outside of bodywork and perinatal care, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her partner and two children, attending yoga classes, and long walks in the many beautiful parks throughout Bucks County where she resides.
Why Willow and Nest?
Willow and Nest was founded from Stephanie’s deeply lived experiences across many forms of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum healing—including both personal and surrogacy journeys. Her path reflects a deep respect for the beauty, complexity, and individuality of how families come to be, recover, and bond.

Stephanie brings firsthand experience across a wide range of birth and feeding experiences, as well as postpartum recovery shaped by medical complications that required her to slow down and heal with intention. These experiences reinforced a core belief that guides her work: postpartum is not a race. Healing is non-linear and deserves thoughtful, responsive care.

At the heart of Willow and Nest is Stephanie’s lifelong connection to massage and bodywork. Having received chiropractic care and massage since childhood, she holds a deep belief that healthy, intentional touch is vital to wellness across the lifespan. Touch supports regulation, connection, and healing—and in early life, it plays a foundational role in secure attachment.

This belief informs her work with pregnant people, new parents, and infants alike. Stephanie values modalities like massage and gentle bodywork as tools to help individuals reconnect with their own bodies, maintain wellness, and feel supported during times of transition. Infant massage is especially meaningful to her, not as something done to babies, but as a practice taught to parents—strengthening confidence, bonding, and attunement from the very beginning.

Rooted in holistic care and informed by a collaborative approach to wellness, Willow and Nest exists to meet families exactly where they are—honoring all birth stories, all feeding journeys, and every pace of healing, while supporting connection through touch, presence, and care.
