JANUARY 2026 UPDATE
Rooted in Experience
Willow & Nest was shaped by lived experience—by seasons of holding, bending, and learning when to rest.

The willow is both protective and resilient.
The nest is intentional, held, and deeply nurturing.

This past year marked one of the most transformative chapters of my life and work. While continuing to support families through light postpartum contracts, I was also carrying a second surrogacy—welcoming my third surro-baby earlier than expected in July. The delivery and postpartum period that followed were physically demanding in a way I'd not experienced before, requiring patience, humility, and a slower path toward healing.

That lived reality reshaped my work in lasting ways. I experienced firsthand what it means to need time, support, and thoughtful care—not just emotionally, but physically. I allowed myself to bloom open in full vulnerability, baring my soul and allowing myself to be tended to. Healing could not be rushed, and neither could the work. Willow & Nest became a practice rooted even more firmly in intentional pacing, informed consent, and honoring the body’s need for restoration.

Alongside this season, I continued my professional development—attending trainings in NICU-informed doula support, craniosacral therapy for infants, and developing a surrogate-support training for doulas grounded in lived experience on both sides of the journey. Each layer of learning reinforced the same truth: families thrive when care is protective, patient, and deeply attuned.

Willow & Nest exists to hold that space.
Growing with Intention
As healing continues, Willow & Nest is growing slowly and deliberately—guided by sustainability, community need, and the important connections being forged, not urgency.

Our books are currently open for postpartum contracts throughout the entirety of 2026. If you are expecting and would like to discuss support, please contact us using our form.
I remain closely aligned with Princeton Doulas, supporting families as a postpartum doula and licensed massage therapist specializing in perinatal care. This partnership allows me to remain deeply connected to hands-on family support while also contributing behind the scenes—strengthening systems that help meet the growing demand for doulas across Bucks County and the greater Princeton area.

At the same time, Willow & Nest is gently tending to new roots and exploring how best to offer perinatal massage in an intimate, restorative setting—designed specifically for pregnancy, postpartum, and caregivers. Additional offerings, including parent education and infant-focused modalities, are being thoughtfully developed and will be shared when the time is right.

For now, Willow & Nest remains committed to care that is present, protective, and deeply human—growing in rhythm with healing, not ahead of it.
