Our services prioritize bodies influenced by female physiology and the transitions they experience across a lifetime, while recognizing that healing is holistic and often collaborative.​
Rooted in massage and gentle bodywork, and supported by a trusted network of aligned practitioners, Willow & Nest exists to offer care that is respectful, trauma-informed, and deeply human. Whether your support comes directly through our work or through a provider within our collective, our intention is the same: to ensure every person who enters this space feels seen, supported, and safe.

Gentle, supportive bodywork created to nurture pregnant bodies through physical change and emotional transition. Sessions focus on comfort, relief, and connection—honoring both the body carrying life and the individual within it.

Postpartum Massage

Infant-Friendly Postpartum Massage

For our recent birthers, a side-lying postpartum session welcomes your little one to the table in your arms, supporting your bonding through skin to skin and emotional co-regulation, and removing stress around feeding goals while you relax.
